Saturday, July 4, 2009 from 11 a.m. to 12 noon—The office will be open for players’ registration forms pick-up.
June 30, 2009 – Deadline for team registrations.
Saturday, July 25, 2009 and Saturday, August 1, 2009 from 11 a.m. to 12 noon – The office will be open for players’ registrations delivery and additional forms pick-up.
Wednesday, August 26, 2009 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday, August 29, 2009 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. – The office will be open for players’ registrations delivery and additional forms pick-up.
Thursday, September 3, 2009 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. – The office will be open for players’ registration delivery. Please remember that this is the deadline! Players registered after this date will NOT be eligible to play in the first game of the season. You will be notified when the ID cards are ready for pick-up. At that time you will also be given rosters and substitution slips.
Weekend of September 11, 12, 13, 2009 – VMSL season starts!
WHEN REGISTERING PLAYERS, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS
Make sure the player’s name does not appear in the “Suspended Players List”. The list is available on our website (vmslsoccer.com).
If a player appears on the “Suspended Players List”, attach a note to his registration form explaining the situation. If he owes money for his fine, attach the payment to the registration form.
Submit ID cards for all players. If you are registering new players, fill out the appropriate ID card and supply us with a recent passport-style picture of the player as well as a copy of his driver’s licence (or other picture identification). The VMSL identification cards (new, old, or expired) must be clipped to the players’ registration forms. DO NOT CUT OLD or EXPIRED ID CARDS and DO NOT STAPLE THE ID CARDS TO THE REGISTRATION FORMS!
Multiply the number of registrations by $35 and submit a cheque, payable to the VMSL, for that exact amount.
DO NOT DROP THE FORMS OFF AT THE OFFICE SINCE THERE IS NO MAIL SLOT IN OUR NEW FACILITY. You must bring the forms and payment to the office at the dates and times stated above.
