DECEMBER 18, 20112011-2012 LEAGUE CUP
The following are the League Cup Competitions that will commence soon. As usual they will be knock-out competitions, with only the winners advancing to the next round. The time has come for our teams to confirm their participation in one of these competitions. Also, please remember that the ‘CAT’ system cannot be used in Cup play.
1) IMPERIAL CUP: The 12 Premier Division teams and the 12 Division 1 teams have the option of participating in the IMPERIAL CUP or not. We need to know which teams are NOT interested in participating in the Imperial Cup by January 15, 2012. If we do not hear from you, we will assume that your team wishes to enter the competition. 2) DIVISION 2 CUP: All Division 2 teams, Division 3 teams, and CAT teams are invited to participate in the Division 2 Cup. If you are NOT interested in participating, please let us know by January 15, 2012. If we do not hear from you, we will assume that your team wishes to enter the competition. 3) UNDER 21 CUP: The Under 21 teams may or may not participate in the Under 21 League Cup. We need to know their choice by January 15, 2012. 4) MASTERS ‘A’ CUP: Premier teams and Division 1 teams in the Masters’ Divisions may or may not participate in this competition. The deadline for notifying us is January 15, 2012. 5) MASTERS’ ‘B’ CUP: Division 2, Division 3, and Over 40’s teams in the Masters’ Divisions may or may not participate in this competition. Please let us know your choice by January 15, 2012.
